Last weekend Kendall had a couple days off from school in between semesters, so we decided it was time for a little break/getaway. He's been working so hard in school. We were both in dire need of some fun, sunshine, & family time. We hadn't been to St. George in forevvver ( & hadn't seen my families cute new house) so it was definitely time! I miss those nastolgic red rocks of home and my famm. This short trip was just what we needed.
Sister time is so good for the soul. This girl is growing up too fast- 16 next month whaaaaaat.
cliff jumping at sand hollow lake. Kendall and I are counting down the days until we can buy a boat (which is a long time). we miss boating & we love the family time that comes with it.
Kendall is the fun one and loves to do fun things with the boys. He brought his water balloon launcher and we had fun launching balloons off the deck and at each other.
Jaxon lives the life with fishing every night at the golf course in my families backyard. He waits until it closes and then can spend hours out there. He cracks me up. Kendall told me he loves fishing with Jaxon because they always catch a fish when he's with him and Jaxon will always jump right in and get the hook out for him without even asking. Jaxon gets so excited about it and almost jumps right into the water after it. He is a serious fisherman and I guess even started a youtube channel. Kendall considers it a good fishing day if he catches the same amount or more than him. This day they fished at both Sand Hollow Lake and then a couple hours out on the golf course.
Another successful trip to St. George. Now back to Summer school for Kendall and work for me. Happy Summer!
